In-game, it is represented by Mace of Sauron item of LotR Mod. Grond was the Morgoth's weapon, a huge mace that was able to crash dozens of enemies. With Dagor Bragollach, 400 years later, he broke the siege and reconquered many lands. Though, he was surprised by the arrival of the Noldor in Middle-earth, and he had to retire, while Angband was besieged by his enemies. He destroyed the Trees of Valinor and stole Fëanor's Silmarils, and fled to Middle-earth trying to bring ruin on the elves of Beleriand, corrupting the elves, imprisoning them and so creating the orcs. Imprisoned and led in Aman, after ages of prisony he was freed, but he raised discordance between the Noldor and the Valar, causing the First Kinslaying and consequently the Doom of Mandos. One day, according to a prophecy, Morgoth will rise again in great wrath, but he will be destroyed in the Dagor Dagorath. He built the mighty fortresses of Utumno and Angband, and when the Elves woke the Valar moved war on him, completely destroying his strongholds. Eventually, Morgoth was bound in chains by the Valar and thrown into the Void, leaving the permanent damage his evils had done, and his former lieutenant Sauron, to trouble the world. After being pushed away from Almaren, he gathered some Maiar at his service, known as Balrogs, and destroyed the two Lamps that were lighting Arda, and this completely changed the world's shape. This caused a dissonance, and the evil that Morgoth sang about was later created by him in Arda, by destroying and corrupting everything the other Valar were doing.
